Office Information

From infancy through young adult years, we will provide your child with quality healthcare, compassion, education, and support. Our team is committed to helping every patient achieve their optimum level of health and well-being. Through disease prevention, proper nutrition, and regular care; we are able to help parents raise healthy and well adjusted children.

Appointments

Dr. Soler is currently accepting new patients. Please call our office at 307-265-2400 to schedule an appointment. Once you make an appointment at our office, that time will be reserved for your child. If, for some reason, your child is unable to keep their scheduled appointment time, call us with 24-hours notice to reschedule.

What to Bring to your First Appointment

In order to provide prompt treatment to your child, please be sure to bring the following when you come in for their initial visit:

  • Photo Identification
  • Any medical records pertaining to your visit
  • Immunization Records
  • Insurance Information/Card

Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to fill out necessary paperwork. If you would like to complete the paperwork prior to your appointment, you may print and fill out the appropriate forms found below.

Insurance

We accept most insurance plans. Our office staff will file any necessary claims and work to get you the maximum amount of benefits allowed by your plan. If you have any questions about your insurance plan, feel free to call us so we can help you.

Payments

Payment is required at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made. For your convenience, we accept cash, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

Forms

Below you will find our new patient forms. Feel free to print and complete the forms before your child's first visit with us. While we do not require that you complete this paperwork prior to visiting our practice, this will save you and our staff time when you bring your child in for their appointment.
